How long does it take to get Pre-Qualified?

Usually a 5 minute phone call is all it takes especially for a prior client that is already in our database.

My escrow account seems "off". Can I get help?

Simply send us the statement and we'll be happy to review & discuss.

When should I refinance?

This is certainly the most put off call from people, yet it is easily answered. A 15 minute phone call is usually all it takes to determine what works, what doesnt, & if there is something beneficial to you.
